Manage subscription and account
Two options: cancel your subscription to stop paying while keeping your data, or permanently delete your MrCall account and all associated data.
Cancel subscription
Want to stop paying while keeping your data and configurations? Cancel only the subscription.
- 1Sign in to your MrCall Dashboard.
- 2Go to "Subscription and payment methods".
- 3Click "Cancel".
Effect: billing stops. No data is deleted.
Delete account and data
- 1Sign in to your MrCall Dashboard.
- 2Click "Account" in the menu.
- 3Click "Delete account".
- 4Confirm deletion when prompted.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Business configurations and agent settings
- Call history and transcripts
- Contacts and CRM data
- Calendar integrations and appointment data
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory obligations:
- Billing and payment records (retained up to 10 years as required by tax regulations)
- Anonymised usage data for analytics purposes
Processing time
Account deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. Complete removal of data from all systems may take up to 30 days.
